This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1.4 Purchase Information
When you make in-app purchases, we receive transaction records from the relevant app store or payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe, each of which has its own privacy policy governing payment data.
1.5 AI Conversation Data (Lifebuddy)
Lifebuddy uses AI-powered features for wellness coaching and conversation. By default, AI conversations are processed in real time and are not stored long-term. If you explicitly opt in to conversation history, your conversations will be stored to provide continuity across sessions. You can delete your conversation history at any time from within the app.
1.6 Peer-to-Peer Connection Data (Nexus Workspace)
Nexus Workspace uses WebRTC technology for peer-to-peer connections between your devices. Data transmitted over these connections (terminal sessions, screen content, input) travels directly between your devices and is not routed through or stored on our servers. We may facilitate the initial connection handshake through signaling servers, but the content of your sessions remains on your devices.

- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps
- Process transactions and manage your account
- Send push notifications you have opted in to receive
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and app performance

- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls limiting who within our organization can access personal data
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
Nexus Workspace's peer-to-peer connections use WebRTC with DTLS encryption, meaning session data is encrypted end-to-end between your devices without passing through our servers.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
BuddyApps LLC is based in Florida, USA. If you access our apps from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our apps, you consent to this transfer. For EU/EEA/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by the GDPR.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
- Notify you through the app or via email if the changes are significant
